Accounting Tab: The accounting tab has been added to the admin for both drivers and customers, enabling financial record tracking. You can see cash and credit amounts for customer orders or driver earnings and more. Filtering by date allows the selection of specific date ranges.
Driver Statistics Tab: A new tab named “Statistics” has been added to the driver’s app to track income, successful orders, and collected cash. This tab is located in the wallet menu.
Search Route Stops: The search mechanism within the route’s stops has been added.
Bulk Zone Import: Zones can now be imported in bulk, allowing multiple zones to be generated at once.
WA Business Integration: WA Business is now integrated with Onro.
Default Pickup Address: The default pickup address can now be set for individual customer types.
P&D Table Scroll Bar: A scroll bar has been added to the P&D orders table, allowing you to scroll horizontally and vertically with ease.
Web App Payment Method: When customers add a card, the “Add Card” button will no longer appear at the top of the payment methods list. Instead, the card will be placed above the wallet option. Additionally, if enough balance is in the wallet to pay for the order, it will be displayed at the top; otherwise, it will appear at the bottom.
Unblock Driver: Drivers can now be unblocked by authorizing their profile in the admin center’s driver profile settings.
Improvements
Order Table: Enhancements have been made to the order tables for a smoother user experience. The padding and width of table cells have been improved for better readability and usability.
Payment Methods UI: The design of the customer portal’s payment methods list has been improved.
Order Code & Link: The order code and order link have been added to the driver’s order transaction in the admin center.
Phone Number Country Code: The web app order creation form now pre-fills the country code for phone numbers, ensuring correct dialing.
Invoice Settings Column: An invoice settings column has been added to the customer list in the admin center.
Invoice Search by Username: The invoice settings customer list can now be searched by username.
Bugs Fixed
Accounting Date Filter: The order cost in the accounting tab now filters correctly by date.
Dispatcher Map Pin: The issue with the dispatcher’s edit address map pin has been fixed.
Boolean Option Text: The text for boolean service option types is now fully displayed.
Boolean Option Color: The boolean option color on the web app order creation form has been corrected.
Mobile Scroll Issue: The web app’s mobile version scrolling issue has been resolved.
Upload Photo Restriction: Customers won’t see the upload photo option for canceled orders if no pictures were previously uploaded.
Order Tracking Adjustments: The order status and event display on the tracking link have been improved.
Scheduled Order Identification: Scheduled orders are now clearly identified in order details.
Order Details in Dispatcher: The order details can now be viewed from the dispatcher in the admin center.
Driver List Button: The placement of the driver list button in the dispatcher has been fixed.
Route Details Fix: Clicking on a route now displays the correct route details.
POP Window Click: Clicking on the POP window no longer unintentionally selects the pickup details section.
POP Upload Error: The server error when uploading POP has been resolved.
Pickup Pin Visibility: The pickup point pin will no longer be hidden after selecting it on the web app.
P&D Order Auto-Open: After creating a P&D order, the order details page opens automatically.
Shipment Label Date Format: The scheduled order date format on the shipment label has been corrected.
Driver App Camera Crash: The crash issue when scanning with the driver’s app camera has been resolved.
Driver Order Limit: Drivers will not be assigned more orders than their set limit.
Address Book Fix: The phone number issue in the address book has been resolved.
P&D Edit Address Fix: The error when editing addresses for P&D orders has been resolved.
Dropoff Scheduling: If dropoff scheduling settings are disabled, they will no longer be enabled on the web app.
Customer Address Deletion: Customers can now delete addresses properly.
Order Details Error: The server error when opening order details, even when there was no actual issue, has been fixed.
Customer Address Loading: Customer addresses for users with access now load correctly.
PDF Order Export: All orders are now recorded in the exported PDF order table.
Admin “All” Selection: Selecting “All” in the admin center now correctly assigns all items on the list.
Communication Tags: Communication tags will now be inserted on the first click.
Wallet Payment Prompt: The wallet payment method will no longer prompt to top up if the balance is sufficient.
Edit Price Fix: The edit price issue has been fixed.
