Limitation Of Liability

In no event will Onro be liable to any party for any direct, indirect, incidental, exemplary, special, or other consequential damages for any use of this website, or on any other hyperlinked website, including, without limitation, any lost profits, business interruption, loss of programs or other data on your information handling system or otherwise, even if Onro is expressly advised of the possibility of such damages.

Governing Law

This Agreement shall be interpreted and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia, without regard to the conflicts of laws principles thereof.

Service Level Agreement & Warranty

Onro warrants to Customer: (i) that commercially reasonable efforts will be made to maintain the online availability of the Service for a minimum of availability in any given month as provided in 99% (excluding maintenance outages, force majeure, and outages that result from any Customer technology issues or third party vendor issues); (ii) the functionality or features of the Service may change but will not materially decrease during any paid term; (iii) that the Support may change but will not materially degrade during any paid term.


Platform updates, fixes, security alerts, and critical patch updates and general maintenance releases, selected functionality releases, and documentation updates, that Onro provides to other customers for no additional fee.

If a customer reports a bug or problem, the report should be sent via [email protected] and Onro should respond within a maximum of 24 business hours.


The customer must pay the estimated cost in full. At the end of each month, depending on the customer’s chosen plan (pricing), the bill is sent to him and the customer must pay it within 5 working days. This bill is based on the number of successful deliveries

Changes To This Agreement

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms and Conditions by posting the updated terms on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions.

Please review this Agreement periodically for changes. If you do not agree to any of this Agreement or any changes to this Agreement, do not use, access or continue to access the Site or discontinue any use of the Site immediately.
