How the Integration Works

The integration transfers your customer information from Onro to Freshsales. Any customer created in Onro after setup is automatically sent to Freshsales.

Before adding new information, Onro checks whether the customer already exists in Freshsales. If a matching record is identified, the existing entry is refreshed with the latest information. If no match exists, a new record is created automatically.

This process reduces duplicate entries.

Customer records are organized based on customer type:

• Individual customers are created as Contacts.
• Business customers are created as Sales Accounts.
• Associated business representatives are linked as Contacts under their company account.
