Introducing Route Optimization in the Customer App, New Registration Settings and More

What’s New in the June 15th Release?

In our latest release, we’ve added a new system-wide setting that allows you to customize the date and time format. You can now choose how dates are displayed (day, month, year order) and select between 12-hour or 24-hour time formats.
This setting can be configured through the Admin Center and will be applied across the entire system.

Another recent enhancement brings more flexibility to the driver and customer registration settings. You can now choose whether the email field should be required or optional in the registration forms.

What’s New in the June 8th Release?

We’re excited to announce the launch of the Route Optimization feature in the customer applications. Your customers can now optimize their drop-off sequences directly within the app and submit them as an optimized order to the system, making delivery planning faster and more efficient.

Additionally, a new column labeled Last Delivery Attempt has been added to the Pick & Drop (P&D) Orders table in the customer web app, providing more transparency into delivery activity.
