Merchants Install Onro From the Wix App Market
Your merchant adds the Onro app from the Wix App Market, pastes in an API key you generate in Admin Center (Settings → Integration → POS), and clicks Connect. That is the whole setup. Each connected site is its own customer account in your Onro, so you can bring on as many Wix merchants as you want and keep their orders, pickup addresses, and pricing separate.
Every Order Becomes a Delivery, Automatically
The merchant maps each Wix checkout method (Local Delivery, a Flat Rate, or the Shipping Default) to one of your services, a vehicle type, and a payment method. From then on, any order that checks out with that method is created in Onro at the stage they pick, with the store as pickup and the customer’s address, phone, and email as drop-off. Nobody types anything twice.
Live Delivery Prices at Checkout
Turn on Dynamic Rates and Wix asks Onro for the price while the customer is still at checkout. The quote comes straight from your pricing rules in Onro, per service and vehicle type, so an express bike run and a next-day van drop show up as two priced options and the customer picks one. Configure more than one dynamic rate and all of them appear at checkout.
Your Couriers Deliver, Onro Handles the Rest
Once the order is in Onro it is a normal delivery: assign it by hand or with dispatch rules, route it, and hand it to a driver in the Driver App. The driver collects proof of delivery, your customers get notified at every stage, and the merchant watches all of it from the Onro Orders page inside their Wix dashboard, with the tracking link and shipment label one click away.
Status, Tracking, and Cancellations Sync Both Ways
Delivery statuses in Onro move the Wix order through Out for Delivery and Fulfilled on their own, and the Onro tracking link attaches to the order when it happens. Cancel in Onro and the Wix fulfillment is cancelled. Cancel in Wix and the Onro delivery is cancelled. Both directions are toggles the merchant controls.
Restaurant Orders, Too
The app is not only for stores. If a merchant runs Wix Restaurants, a delivery is created the moment an order is marked Accepted or Ready, using the branch that took the order as the pickup point. Multi-location restaurants never set pickup per order. The right kitchen is used every time.

It is a free app in the Wix App Market that connects a Wix store or restaurant to a courier company running Onro. Orders placed on the Wix site are created as deliveries in Onro, and delivery status, tracking, and cancellations sync back to Wix.
