By accessing or using Onro’s services, including our website, https://onro.io, http://onro.io, https://onro.app, http://onro.app, sub-domains, and any associated web-based and mobile applications (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, as well as our Privacy Policy, any Mobile License Agreement, and other posted guidelines within our website, collectively “Legal Terms”. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use the Service.
Onro provides an Internet-based software that offers tools and features for managing deliveries, couriers, logistics, and related operations. Our Service includes but is not limited to order management, driver management, and customer communication.
You must create an account to access certain features of the Service. When creating an account, you agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. All individuals using our Service will be categorized as follows:
Regardless of the user category, it is imperative to safeguard account credentials. Whether users registered themselves or accounts were created for them, they are responsible for keeping login details secure, ensuring the integrity and confidentiality of their account information.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms of Service. You may not use the Service in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Service or interfere with any other party’s use of the Service. Subject to the stipulations outlined in this Terms of Service agreement, you are permitted to access and utilize the Service solely for your internal business purposes. Onro and its licensors retain all rights, title, trademarks, content, graphics, logos, and interest in and to the Service, including all intellectual property rights. You may not modify, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Service without our prior written consent.

Additionally, please be aware that we may disclose your information in the event of reporting any violation or lawful activity. In such cases, not only do we reserve the right to suspend your account or terminate your membership, but we may also report the incident to relevant regulatory authorities. Onro provides subscription based software services for business customers. Depending on the selected plan, fees may include a one time setup fee and recurring subscription charges. By purchasing or subscribing to any Onro Services, you agree to pay all applicable fees in advance, together with any required taxes.
(a) Subscription BillingSubscriptions are billed on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the plan you select. Subscription fees are charged at the start of your subscription and automatically at the beginning of each billing period thereafter, using your provided payment method, unless you cancel your subscription.By purchasing a subscription, you authorize Onro, or its third party payment processor, to charge recurring fees and acknowledge responsibility for all charges incurred prior to cancellation or termination.
(b) Onro Setup FeeCertain Onro plans require a one time setup fee (“Onro Setup Fee”) payable in advance. The Onro Setup Fee covers project initiation, system configuration, onboarding, and delivery of the agreed setup components and application versions.Onro’s responsibility is limited to delivering the agreed setup components and, where applicable for white label projects, the application builds provided as Android APK files and iOS builds via TestFlight. Publishing or releasing applications to public app stores is not required for the Onro Setup Fee to be considered fulfilled.If a project is initiated with a partial or installment payment of the Onro Setup Fee, the customer remains responsible for payment of the full Setup Fee.Once the project has been initiated and the agreed setup components have been delivered, the full Onro Setup Fee becomes due, is non refundable, and cannot be cancelled, regardless of whether the applications are published or made publicly available.
(c) Pricing and Plan ChangesOnro may update its pricing with at least 30 days’ notice. Continued use of the Services after a price change constitutes acceptance of the updated pricing.Customers may upgrade or downgrade their subscription plans. Upgrades may be prorated. Downgrades take effect at the beginning of the next billing period and do not include refunds or credits. Plan changes may affect available features, limits, or capacity.
(d) Cancellation and RefundsAll purchases are final. Subscription fees, setup fees, and one time payments are non refundable, except where expressly stated otherwise by Onro.You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Access to the Services will continue until that time. No refunds will be provided for unused periods.Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods, regardless of usage or non usage of the Services.If a transaction cannot be completed due to an unexpected technical or processing issue, Onro may cancel the transaction and refund any payment already received for that specific transaction.To cancel a subscription, please contact [email protected] or submit a support request at [email protected].
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. IN NO EVENT SHALL ONRO OR ITS LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.
These Legal Terms are to be regarded as executed and enacted within the European Union and shall be subject to interpretation in accordance with European Union laws, disregarding conflict of law principles. Furthermore, you consent to the jurisdiction and venue of courts within the European Union for any legal proceedings. In addition, we reserve the right to protect our Terms of Service through regulatory means. If our terms of use are not upheld or considered, we retain the right to file complaints and take appropriate actions with relevant regulatory authorities to ensure compliance and enforcement.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time, without prior notice. We will post the updated Terms of Service on our website and indicate the date of the last update. Your continued use of the Service after the posting of the updated Terms of Service constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
