Password Recovery & Business Account Updates

  • Forgot Password for Customers: Customers can now request a password reset link via email or SMS when needed. Ensure that email or SMS communication settings are configured to send the reset link.
  • Forgot Password for Drivers: Drivers can now also request a password reset link via email or SMS. Make sure email or SMS notifications are enabled for password resets.
  • Username Update: The username field has been removed from business profiles. Going forward, a business customer’s email will serve as their username. Existing accounts can still log in using their original username.
  • Mandatory Email Field: When registering a new business customer account, providing an email address is now required.
  • Separate Business Contact Info: The business name is now distinct from the contact information, enabling you to specify the individual you are reaching out to within a business client company.
  • Email Verification for Business Accounts: Business accounts can now be verified via email or SMS, depending on their configured communication settings.
  • Search Orders by Code: The tracking page now allows you to search for order codes to monitor shipments. Please note that orders will expire after seven days and will no longer be visible on the tracking page.
