What’s New in the July 12th Release?

We’ve added a new “Error Logs” section to both the Communication and Integration tabs in the Admin Center, making it easier to identify and troubleshoot issues across your communication channels and system integrations.
You can now easily view detailed logs of failed SMS, email, webhook, and push notification attempts. Use advanced filters like service type, date, and receiver to quickly locate and resolve any issues. This empowers you to act fast and keep your communication workflows running smoothly.

We’ve expanded our communication capabilities by integrating with a new SMS provider: Etisalcom, available for customers operating in Bahrain. This enables faster and more reliable SMS delivery in the region.

  • The error triggered when saving a predefined payment value in the Admin Center settings has been resolved.
  • The problem with the top bar display in the Android mobile app on the latest Android version has been fixed.
  • The issue where placing an order in an inactive zone showed the price as NaN without any error message has been addressed by displaying a proper notification.
  • The issue where the mobile app displayed incorrect delivery method schedule settings regardless of the selected option has been fixed.
  • The ETA update issue for optimized orders has been addressed.
  • The route name search now handles case sensitivity properly.
  • The problem causing the page to crash when updating the status of P&D orders in Safari has been resolved.
  • The issue where the verification code requested from the Web App did not update in the Admin Center and prevented login has been corrected.
  • The issue where order event statuses and timestamps were listed out of order has been corrected.
  • The bug causing the example of the time format setting to display incorrectly under its box has been resolved.
  • The bug where the ETA display on the tracking page disappeared after an update has been fixed.
  • The issue where the barcode in the new shipment label design overflowed the label edges and became unreadable has been resolved.
  • The issue where the iOS app defaulted to the wrong location when placing an order has been corrected.
  • The issue where the iOS app did not enforce the drop-off limit set in multi-drop-off settings has been corrected.
  • The problem with the invoice address format has been fixed.
  • The issue with customer login on the Web App has been addressed.
  • The driver app issue with the complete order button has been fixed.
  • The problem causing some online drivers to not receive order offers has been resolved.
  • The issue where driver profiles could not be opened on the Dispatcher after adding a new order has been corrected.
