Custom Fields: Flexible Data Capture Across Operations

The February 2026 releases focus on operational flexibility and day-to-day efficiency across Dispatcher and platform configuration. The 15 February release introduces Custom Fields, allowing admins to extend platform data across Customers, Drivers, and Orders using multiple field types (including files and JSON). The 19 February Dispatcher release adds usability improvements such as manual ETA overrides, editable Dispatcher Home Messages, and full-screen POD/POP viewing and downloads from order details—helping teams manage deliveries with more control and visibility.

What’s New in February 2026?

The latest Dispatcher update introduces improvements that make exception handling, internal communication, and proof file management faster and easier.

Override Assigned ETA
Dispatchers can manually update or override the assigned ETA for an order, improving control when plans change in real time.

Edit Dispatcher Home Message (Improved Visibility)
Admins can update the Dispatcher Home Message more easily, with an improved on-screen display that makes key announcements harder to miss.

Open and Download POD/POP in Order Details
POD and POP files can be viewed in full screen directly from order details, with a download option for record keeping and sharing.

Custom Fields (15 February 2026)

Custom Fields let admins extend the platform’s standard data model to capture the exact information their operation needs—reducing workarounds, improving data accuracy, and keeping key details available where teams use them.

• Registration now allows 1-character first and last names.
• Shipment labels now follow the same order as the sorted Orders table, so label output matches table sorting.

• Fixed an issue where address details were not saving correctly in the web app.
• Fixed incorrect handling when phone numbers were separated with commas.
• Fixed the default payment method selection in Dispatcher so the correct option is automatically selected when creating or repeating orders.
• Fixed user editing issues so account changes and saved filters now persist correctly.
• Fixed an issue where some stop/order details could not be opened.
• Fixed the date filter in the management console orders table so all eligible orders show within the selected date range.
• Fixed an issue where saved addresses with notes did not show those notes after selection in order creation.
