Powerful New Features: Route ETA, Delivery Methods, and Integrations

New Features and Improvements

• The Delivery Method feature has been implemented in our system. Some service settings have been relocated to the Delivery Method tab, allowing you to configure multiple settings for a single service.
• The Service Point feature has been added and can be enabled upon request. We offer four types of service points, and each service can support one or any combination of the following:
  • Address to Address
  • Service Point to Service Point
  • Address to Service Point
  • Service Point to Address
• The Route ETA feature is now available. You can set a service time for each stop on a route, which helps provide a more accurate estimated time of arrival (ETA) for individual stops and the entire route. Service time refers to the duration a driver is expected to spend at each pickup or drop-off location.
• Routes can now have a designated start date and time. This enhancement allows you to offer more precise ETAs for your routes, improving scheduling accuracy for your business.

• Telnyx SMS Integration is now available and can be enabled for your business communications if desired.
• PayWay has been successfully integrated into the system and can be selected as your payment gateway.
• The Dispatcher Payment Logic has been improved. Now, if a customer has enough balance in their wallet or if invoicing is enabled for them, their default payment method is wallet. Otherwise, the add card option is moved to the top.

 Bugs Fixed

• The route length unit is now aligned with the rest of the system’s length unit. It can be either in miles or kilometers.
