🚀 What’s in the November 2025 Release?

November 2025 Onro‘s product release brings several improvements to help teams work more efficiently and manage operations with more control. Below is a quick overview of what’s new in this product update.

Dispatcher Access Control

This update gives you complete control over what each dispatcher can see and do. You can allow or restrict actions such as creating orders, assigning drivers, editing addresses, managing routes, updating prices, and handling warehouse workflows.
This helps teams scale safely and reduces operational mistakes.

Tag Management

We’ve added a complete tagging system that allows you to categorize customers, drivers, and orders based on your own business segments.
Tags make filtering easier, help manage custom groups, and support more flexible pricing setups.

This update also adds the foundation for future features that will use tags for advanced segmentation, automation, and operational workflows.

Quick Assign and Driver Suggestions

Assigning orders is now faster and more intuitive. Hover over an unassigned/pending order to instantly access a list of nearby drivers, sorted by distance and showing their active orders.
We also simplified the P&D table and improved driver visibility in the map view to support quicker decision-making.

✨ Improvements

  • The customer name is now larger and bold in the driver app, so drivers can spot it more quickly while doing orders.
  • The login error message for customers has been improved. If the username or password is wrong, they’ll now see: “Login details not correct.”
  • A Service ID column has been added to the services table, and it’s now also available in exports.

🐞 Bugs Fixed

  • Fixed an issue where users with capitalized email addresses had trouble logging in.
  • The system now checks pickup and dropoff contact phone numbers and automatically removes an extra leading 0 if it was added by mistake.
  • Fixed an issue with repeated scheduled orders so that the scheduled time is updated correctly and they no longer show as delayed.
  • Improved the Network payment gateway integration by adding a webhook in the customer panel.
  • Fixed inconsistent rounding settings that affected default wallet top-up amounts differently from other parts of the system.
  • Fixed an issue where adding a credit card could get stuck on a loading state.
