🚀 What’s New in the September 20th Release?
We’re thrilled to introduce a new Customer Withdrawal feature, making it easier for customers to request payouts directly from the customer app or web portal.
Key Highlights
- Convenient self-service – Your business customers can now request withdrawals quickly and securely.
- Bank account support – Clients can add their bank details and receive notifications about withdrawal requests.
- Transparency for clients – Withdrawal requests and their statuses are visible at all times in the mobile app and web portal.
- Full admin control – Admins can enable, review, approve, or reject requests, adjust amounts, and record the transaction in the customer’s profile.
Why It Matters
This feature streamlines payouts and refunds, improves customer satisfaction, and ensures accurate financial records. Business clients benefit from reduced manual handling, while customers enjoy a smoother and more transparent experience.
- We have also added a driver city filter in the Admin Center, enabling you to filter the drivers based on their city for better management.
- An Email filter has also been published for the customers list in the Admin Center.

- A new dispatcher layout has been published with improved user experience for order management through the tables and map.
- Made some improvements to prevent the servers from running slowly.
- We have added a new section for troubleshooting your integrations. Now you can see the list of your point of sale logs in the Admin Center.

- Wallet top-up: Fixed errors when topping up with the Network gateway.
