April 2026 Product Updates: Multi-Warehouse, Dispatcher Views, and Workflow Improvements

What’s New in April 2026?

April 2026 focused on improving operational control across warehouse management, dispatching, filtering, and day-to-day workflow details. This month’s updates introduced Multi-Warehouse management, more flexible Dispatcher Views and table search, and a set of smaller feature additions that improve communication, filtering, and receipts.

Together, these changes help teams manage warehouse movement more clearly, switch between Dispatcher workflows faster, and work with better visibility across operational tasks.

Multi-Warehouse Management

One of the biggest updates this month is the new Multi-Warehouse feature. This gives businesses more control over how orders are handled across multiple warehouse locations and supports a clearer workflow for internal movement, storage, and transfer.

With this setup, teams can assign orders to specific warehouses, track where orders arrive, and manage movement between warehouse locations more accurately. This is especially useful for businesses operating with multiple branches, regional hubs, return locations, or separate storage facilities.

  • Set up and manage multiple warehouses
  • Assign orders to specific warehouse locations
  • Move orders between warehouses
  • Use new warehouse transfer statuses:
    • Ready for Transit
    • In Transit
  • Control warehouse access based on user roles
  • Improve visibility across warehouse operations and internal transfers

Scanner App Support for Multi-Warehouse Operations

The Onro Scanner app now supports warehouse-based scanning. When scanning an order into the warehouse, teams can also choose the related warehouse location, making it easier to record exactly where each order has arrived and improve tracking accuracy across warehouse workflows. You can also learn more about how to use the Scanner App in daily operations and see how barcode scanning improves hub operations in larger warehouse and hub workflows.

  • Scan orders into a selected warehouse
  • Record warehouse-specific arrivals more accurately
  • Improve tracking across warehouse workflows

Warehouse Locations in Routes

Warehouses can now be selected as route start or end locations. This makes route planning more flexible and supports workflows that begin from a warehouse, end at a warehouse, or move between warehouse points.

  • Select warehouses as route start locations
  • Select warehouses as route end locations
  • Build routes that support internal warehouse transfers

Order Delivery and Transfer Between Warehouses

The new multi-warehouse workflow also improves how orders move between locations. By combining multiple warehouse definitions with dedicated transfer statuses, teams now have a clearer structure for managing cross-warehouse movement.

  • Support order transfers between warehouses
  • Track internal order movement more clearly
  • Use transfer-specific statuses to follow operational progress

Dispatcher Views and Smarter Table Search

April also brought a major Dispatcher update focused on faster filtering, saved table setups, and easier search. These improvements make it simpler to move between different dispatch workflows and find the right records without repeated setup.

The result is a Dispatcher workflow that is easier to reuse, faster to search, and more practical for teams handling multiple operational priorities throughout the day.

Saved Dispatcher Views

A new Dispatcher Views feature lets each user save their own table setup and return to it whenever needed, making it easier to switch between operational workflows without rebuilding filters each time. For step-by-step guidance, see how to use Views in Dispatcher.

  • Save Dispatcher views with:
    • Active columns
    • Filters
    • Sort order
  • Save relative date filters in views, including:
    • Today
    • Last week
    • Other relative date options
  • Switch between saved views quickly
  • Keep views user-specific, so each user has their own saved setups
  • Create views for different workflows, such as active orders, delayed jobs, route monitoring, or zone-based operations

Faster Search Across the Dispatcher Table

Search and filtering in the Dispatcher table have also been improved to reduce manual work and make large tables easier to use. Users can now search directly for important identifiers and search inside filters to reach the right records faster.

  • Search directly in the Dispatcher table by:
    • Order ID
    • Reference ID
  • Search inside the Zone filter
  • Search inside the Route filter
  • Search inside the Customer filter
  • Search inside More Filters
  • Search inside Columns
  • Use date fields with select-based input for easier filtering
  • Use a date filter in the Routes list

Joined Driver Search

Driver search is now more flexible in the Dispatcher table. Instead of depending on one field only, the search now works dynamically across driver phone number, username, and name. This helps teams find the right driver faster, even when they only have one piece of information.

  • Search drivers by:
    • Phone number
    • Username
    • Name
  • Use one search field that checks all three dynamically
  • Find drivers faster without needing to know which field contains the value

Small New Features

April also included a set of smaller feature additions that improve filtering, communication, invoicing, and operational workflows. While each one is lightweight on its own, together they make everyday work smoother and more practical.

  • Added a Ref ID filter for the orders table in the Admin Center
  • Added a pickup failure communication tag
  • Added a support subject communication tag
  • Added service option amounts to the order receipt
