What’s New in the July 10th, 2026 Release?
We’re excited to introduce dedicated tracking links for multi-drop orders. This update fixes two problems with the old system: privacy and missed updates.
Individual Tracking Links
Now, every drop-off has its own tracking link. Each link only shows information for that specific stop. Recipients can no longer see details from other drop-offs on the order.
Smarter Communication
The communication module now updates every drop-off, not just the first. When a drop-off is completed, the contact receives their own message.
Every message includes the correct details automatically. This includes the tracking link, name, address, and phone number for that drop-off.
If the recipient isn’t a drop-off contact, they’ll still receive the link for the full order.
Proof of Delivery, Now on the Tracking Page
The tracking page now displays Proof of Delivery and Proof of Pickup. Recipients can see this information without leaving the page.
This update affects:
- Customer Web App: Order details now include an option for each drop-off tracking link
- Dispatcher: Order details now include an option for each drop-off tracking link
- Track Order Page: Other drop-offs are dynamically hidden, Proof of Pickup & Delivery are displayed, and each drop-off now has its own unique link
- Communication Module: Messages loop through all drop-offs when the recipient is a drop-off contact, with tracking links dynamically matched to each drop-off
